		<description><![CDATA[This property investor wasn&#039;t buying it.  I couldn&#039;t believe the &quot;trial balloon&quot; prices for houses in our sleepy Southern City.  Granted, these were honking swank places, but the prices just had no basis in reality.  Maybe the same price was a bargain in Los Angeles, but not in our town.  Something was just out of whack.

There was a time to not buy and that was clearly the time.  Yet, people did buy and here we are.]]></description>
