		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think I&#039;d agree with you that McCain is part of the &quot;Reagan wing&quot; of the republican party. Reagan never compromised to get democrats to go along with his ideas. For his entire career McCain has been willing to compromise his ideas. It&#039;s the nature of the beast in the Senate. There is not that much of a gap between the &quot;Palin&quot; wing, the so called moral conservatives and the smaller goverment, strong defense conservatives. There is a huge gap between the &quot;Palin&quot; wing and the &quot;can&#039;t we just get along&quot; wing of the party. 

Republican conservatisim was not on the top of the ticket this election. It&#039;s time to send the RINO&#039;s packing. Elections are won by being center right, not trying to appeal to moderate democrats. Sure they are welcome in the party, but as supporters of smaller goverment, lower taxes, and a strong defense.
